From there, I will schedule private showing appointments where I will help you evaluate if this home could be a fit for your goals.
We’ll look at everything from location to floorplan, condition, updates and more.
If time allows, I always encurage my buyers to do dive by first or at the very least look on Google Maps to make sure the location could be a real fit.

If the home feels like, well, home, then it’s time to submit and offer! We’ll work closely as a team, I will guide us in strategically shaping the terms of your offer, organize and submit paperwork associated with your purchase.

Each offer looks a bit different, but I will always reach out to the listing agent to learn more about the sellers’ motivations and be mindful of deadline strategy!

There are FIVE different contingencies that protect a buyer in the transaction. I will explain each of them and their implications in great detail as each home and transaction will operate slightly differently.

It is important to think about leverage and end goals while negotiating. Everyone only has a limited amount of good will, so I like to be targeted and thoughtful about how we use it. I will guide you and help you think through all of your options as we have a greater picture of the end goal.
