Before touchdown OR, we’ll go through the formal buyer consultation so that I can begin to understand your goals and the motivation of your move. We can do local market check-ins whenever you’d like so you have a pulse on what I am seeing here on the ground.
I have worked with clients who purchase homes via FaceTime tours, who visit just for the touring homes weekend or who find short-term housing to rent before purchasing. There is no one way of making a move, but I can help guide you on your options.
